I got reply from the Press Complaints Commission...
I was really happy to see it and learn that over 3800 people had complained about the Prince Harry photos. Here is the reply.

Over 800 people in the UK have submitted a complaint to the PCC in an attempt to show the media to have some respect for Harry’s and royals privacy in general. If you live in the UK you can do it too, it’s very easy to fill in.
